Hi,
I'm guessing that mypy would help squash bugs related to variable assignment.

If you're a person that likes type checking and you like python.  You should
try out mypy.

When I get characters not entering easily, I know a pick list is being
displayed. So I iimmediately press escape.
Once the   is gone I press backspace to see what actually was entered.
Once I have some of the characters I want I press ctrl + spacebar, this
manually brings up the selection list.  This can be helpful.

Although some circumstances I find it not narrowing, especially in languages
with case sensitivity.  Then I am forced to google.

A strongly typed language gives better choices.  Been doing TypeScript for the
past month and I find I like it better than plain JavaScript.

Happy Coding...

Subject: [program-l] VSCode, Altering Suggestions Settings

Hi,
When I use suggestions in VSCode I get confused when it makes my screen reader
talk while I code, but I'd like to be able to choose to get help from inside
VSCode on Python keywords and functions. Can anyone please point to
instructions about how to accomplish this? I would like to press a key when I
want help on filling in parameters or when I want to learn about something.

Thanks.

Jim
