Seems since installed the latest beta version of jaws 11.0.611's beta version to test/try it out, even if I got back to jaws 10, when I go into VS.Net 2008 full or express versions on different machines, if I try use a common keystroke like ctrl + alt + L to navigate to the solution explorer, it actually brings up the jaws context menu that I would normally access using jaws key + J. Still need to figure out what's happening, but quite likely will just try dumping this instance of jaws 11 for now, and maybe run a clean up/settings restore of jaws 10 or something if the problem doesn't go away, and, to be honest, can't imagine what's causing it since have also tried common things like jaws key + number row 0 to make sure correct scripts are being loaded, and they're there, so can only think it's some or other keystroke issue that's now been implemented in this newest instance of jaws, but don't know why it would then carry over to prior versions...?
