Fixed documentation about manual installation with ConfigNames.ini.
Changed the key for the script menu to something easier to remember and
press, JAWSKey+W, "Wich Scripts?" Made a list of open windows,
Alt+Shift+W, available in VS Express editions as well via another
technique -- sending an unusual native key that was discovered
(Alt+Control+DownArrow).
Added to the HTML documentation a complete key list for Visual Studio 2005
(C# keyboard scheme). Made this documentation available by pressing
JAWSKey+H twice quickly when in the IDE.
