I don’t mean to come off as rude, but given the general scope of your
question, it appears that you haven’t tried to do much research on your
own.  Often, if you can ask specific questions, you are more likely to get
responses.

For example, throwing into google “visual studio code c++” results in
https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/languages/cpp, which walks you through
installing the extension.  It also suggests that you may be better served
with Visual Studio Community for C++ development, so you may want to try
that as well.

Likewise, throwing into google “visual studio code screen reader” results
in the VS Code accessibility page,
https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/editor/accessibility.  Reading the
information on that page, as well as the links provided on it should give
you enough general knowledge to get started.  At that point, if you run
into problems, you can ask much more detailed questions.

Hope that helps

Sean

Code with JAWS or NVDA, does someone have tutorials for using VSC? I
