Hi Jim,

 

Norfolk is a darned big, flat county.  Can you be more specific?

 

That said, London (Liverpool Street Station) to Norwich by train take
just under 2 hours.  It's one of those destinations where the train
stops at just about every station on the way.  I've no idea about
Chelsea to Liverpool Street though.  I'd guess no that long.
