Outlook.  Tools.  Options.  Preferences Tab - e-mail button.
Tracking Options.

If you can't follow it from there - apply for re-training as
a hairdresser!  (Smile)

That said, it's possible your glorious Inuit Security Chief
has blocked out the option.
