Windows 7 is, so they say the replacement for Vista.
If you are familiar with Vista it is pretty similar.
The application behavior is better and there some cosmetic changes as well
as performance improvements.
Make sure that your screen reader is ready to handle the differences,
Especially if you are using Braille.
