You should first familiarize yourself with the computer as a whole first.
If you want to jump in, you can download numerous app for Python on smart
phones. Many of them with training lessons included. To do something advanced
you can sign up for Code Academy where test test you and give assignments and
you type in the answer or code submissions.
This will mean you will need to know how to use web browsing and screen readers.
Freedom Scientific has numerous online videos. Granted it was designed for
Jaws screen reader, even an NVDA user can benefit.
