Hi Pranav,

I learned about inner and outer joins from the Access online documentation.
So I think you should find everything you're looking for there. You're
basically looking at INNER JOIN, LEFT JOIN and RIGHT JOIN.

Hi all,

In Oracle's implementation of sql, I am used to writing queries like select
x,y from t a,q b where t.item_id=b.item_id

I see this happening in Microsoft Access but I have also seen queries
that use the words left, inner etc. Can some one point me to any
tutorial explaining? Yes, it was a very long time ago when I read
about left joines, inner joines etc. Some rtfm is in order but which
manual do I choose? I will start with the Microsoft Access 2003 help.
