I have not yet installed JAWS 2019 on my production box. Will do so sometime 
next week.
But has anyone reached out to FS support with this error?
I doubt it is a Microsoft issue.

I get the same error too, for Jaws 2019
Microsoft(r) Visual Studio(r) Version 15.8.28010.2036

JAWS could not enable Visual Studio to speak
inside of project wizards. Please report this to Freedom Scientific
Technical Support.

Hi Listers,

I recently upgraded from Jaws 2018 to 2019. After the upgrade I get the 
following error in Visual Studio 2017:
Jaws could not enable Visual Studio to speak within project wizards.
Does anybody have an idea how I can resolve this?
I did not get the error during the Beta cycle.
