I see that you are within Dropbox directory - this might cause problems since Dropbox tends to lock files and folders. Try to install outside of Dropbox.

Hello dear Tony, thank for your suggestion.
Unfortunately this is not the case. I tried but the output is the same.
I think pyo 1.0.4 is not ready for Python 3.11. I must wait for an upgrade or I have to downgrade python at 3.9.

PS: Do you have plans to work on your Tony's enhancements? I have the .14 installed and NVDA wants me to downgrade to .13, which is a bit annoying. LOL.
