[program-l] Installing MySQL and errors during the installation

Hello all,

 

I am trying to install MySQL and I am finding that the software does not
want to be install if I don't have MySQL for Visual Studio 1.2.10,
Requirement: Visual Studio version 2015, 2017 or 2019 must be installed.

So, if I install the free version of VS is enough to convince mySQL to be
installed?

Are there other ways to do this?
