Hello all.
I am teaching a class this quarter that requires me to use SPSS for
the first time. I have mostly used Stata and R. When installing SPSS I
didn’t find the option to enable accessibility as I expected. I
contacted my University’s tech support and we redid this several times
but could not find the option. Finally, they made some
post-installation configuration changes that made the menus
accessible. However, after loading data, I am unable to return to the
menus.
I am writing to request help in dealing with this. It may be
directions to a useful guide, useful work arounds (I use lots of them
with Stata), or anything that a blind person starting with SPSS may
need. I am unable to ask precise questions at this time because I am
still starting.
