[program-l] Freelists won't let me unsubscribe

Sorry all for taking up list bandwidth with this question. This should go
to the moderator, but I'm not sure how to contact that person. The usual
list message footer with that sort of info doesn't show up for this list in
my mail client, MS Outlook XP. I've been trying to unsubscribe from this
list (it's nothing personal, folks). After I submit my unsubscribe message
and I reply to the resulting confirmation message, I get the following error
message in response to my confirmation message. I submit my reply by simply
opening a normal reply message, and sending it unchanged back to the list
software. My Email client is configured to include the original message in
the body without adding > signs. I have that reply message in my sent mail
folder if the moderator needs to see it.
