Hello Lanie: if you want to put a website online without money I can
recommend you to use a free php hosting service, there are plenty to choose
from. Of course they will no be up 100% of the time but it is something.
I don't know what are trying to do, but, if it is something simple, you can
even go for a static web site that can be generated by any static site
generator tool and then just upload it to a free static site service like
github pages.
