[program-java] Installing Oracle Java Problems

Hi.
i downloaded the oracle 11 g java package and tried to install it.
well, using jaws 10 beta 3 on a toshiba satellite a300 machine, with windows
vista home premium, 2 gb ram, 2.1 ghz processor, 250 gb hard disk.
now, when it completed its ready to install, then the oracle screen, did
nothing for several minutes, and no next, or other buttons, and had to turn
the graphics using the jaws verbosity.
but no buttons or anything.
so any work arounds?
and as a beginning programmer, when i signed up for the oracle account, had
some problems putting in all the fields, but when i went to the previous
screen and tried again, said that my valid e-mail was in use.
so did not get signed up.
can you help, and have you got work arounds and a tutorial for beginning
java with oracle, for a newbie like me.
doing programming classes at the moment in visual basic.dot net express
2008.
