[program-java] HTML: ALT or Title

HI:
In some of our JSP pages, we rely on the ALT tag to add accessible information
to particular objects such as radio / option buttons. However ALT will be
deprecated with HTML 5.0. The recommended replacement is the use of TITLE for
CSS. Has anyone extensive knowledge of this new tag and particularly in the
access role?
