[program-java] Eclipse and Application server

Hi Everyone!
I'm forced to learn Java Enterprise.
The first step is setting up the environment, that includes installation of
the application server, registering it to Eclipse, and being able to create
a simple Web project.
I'm completely lost there, nothing works.
Is there anyone who can help?
