[program-java] Eclipse: Tutorial #1...

Since I'm way out of sync with the rest of y'all my next tutorial will
be Tutorial #1....
I work a full time programming job so the Tutorials will be coming only
once a week and I hope to provide the list each and every Friday if I
can....
So, I'm assuming it would be safe to say that we or I'm up to the
creation of a class....
Therefore the next tutorial some time later today will be on compiling
the same.
