I would like to create it with in the structure of the project in question. I
no that I could create an empty class and comment all the comments but that's
kind of greasey. I know that I can have a Too Do / Task list but that's not
quite what I want as well.

Are you talking about creating documentation in an Eclipse editor and storing
it somewhere, or about something else?

Is there a way of storing documentation in Eclipse? I'm not speaking of Java
Docs, more like lengthy narratives.
