Anna:

Ok, what are you looking for.... A tutorial that summerizes the EJB or
one that is a step by step hands on project? I believe I have the latter
and that's how I got into writing beans.

Hi J.R.!

Do you know a brief comprehensive tutorial on EJB?

Thank you,

Anna

This is basically a fyi.

I found a package, that can be purchased, which will allow you to access
a directory of text or csv files as though they were a SQL database.

Thus far it appears that the package is very fast considering it is
doing what it does.

It is available for several db driver version levers, 1, 2, 3 and 4.

It is even clever enough to allow you to point to a .zip file of files
which it will access in the same way.

The zip file can even be over the net.

You can read more about it from http://www.hxtt.com including
downloading a demo package and documentation.

The cost is fairly reasonable, I suppose, although free is always
better.

Best,

J. R.
