[procps] procps-ng version 3.3.4 released

procps-ng version 3.3.4 was released today. This is mainly a bugfix
release with some updates mainly around top.
The kill with negative pid bug is fixed in this release. Also after
many years long usernames are truncated and not changed to uids.
The NEWS file has the following changes:
* Removed ps -aux bogus message
* w get -i option to display IP addresses
* watch 8bit fixes Debian #675069
* Fixed FTBFS for non-linux Debian #677055
* pkill -u <uid> doesn't need space Debian #676239
* top enables intra-column horizontal scrolling
* top can display a task's environment
* top can display major/minor pg fault deltas, Debian #84992
* top provides additional control over column widths
* top offers user controlled left/right justification
