[procps] Segmentation fault in watch 3.3.11

Hi all,

I just upgraded to procps-ng 3.3.11 on Arch Linux. Unfortunately, it appears
that a combination of the --color and --no-title options in watch, along with a
command that yields colored output, causes watch to crash on the first refresh
(two seconds after running the command by default).

An example command that crashes for me:

watch --no-title --color 'echo -e "\033[31mTest\033[0m”'
