Hi,

the two patches change

* Increase standard I/O buffer a lot to be able to files below
/proc/sys even if the kernel does not use seq_file there

* Avoid confusing messages caused by EIO on reading the unset
files /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/*/stable_secret
