[pradjs] new mic 2 installed

I brought in a new mic 2 to replaced the one that died on us.  It's
REALLY sensitive so be careful, begin with the mic 2 board level at 4
instead of 8.

I also switched the mic stands so mic 2 is using the circular and better one.
