[pradjs] New outside lockbox installed

She outside lockbox for the key has been getting worse and worse and it
finally crapped out last night. So we just installed a new one this
morning. Same codes.
Also, there will be no Optic Echo Presents tonight (6-8pm) because I have
family in town, feel free to email me if you'd like to take the timeslot.
