[pradjs] ActivSpace block out of power

PRA is streaming from my iTunes until the construction is finished. Larry
went down and saw PGE is putting in a new transformer. So it looks like
tonight's/tomorrow morning's shows are canceled.
If anyone tomorrow wants to see if they are done yet and write to the board
(pong, elias) if they are done yet, it would be a big help!
