[powerdot] How about updating CTAN run/ dir and archive file

Hello, Hendri,

Some users seem not to recognize where the recent update were
posted, because only source/powerdot.dtx of CTAN was updated.
How about updating powerdot.cls in run/ dir and archive file
(powerdot.zip) of CTAN, too?
