[postgresql-it] errore pg_dump e restore

Salve a tutti, recentemente in un dump di un database (ed il successivo
restore con psql)  ottengo questo errore:

psql:sant.out:339: ERROR:  could not read block 32 in file
"base/112714/12529": read only 0 of 8192 bytes
psql:sant.out:342: ERROR:  relation "public.tipo_contraente" does not exist

premetto che il database è postgresql 9.1 ...  non so che fare !
