[postgresql-it] Creazione tabelle DB tramite Inno Setup

Ciao a tutti,

Sto utilizzando InnoSetup per installare PostgreSQL e poi creare un DB con 
relative tabelle su un PC desktop in ambiente Windows. Tramite InnoSetup sono 
riuscito a creare la parte di script che installa PostgreSQL pero' vorrei 
sapere se qualcuno ha avuto esperienza su come creare DB e tabelle con 
InnoSetup.
