The conda packages for Tax-Calculator 0.16.0 are
now available for download. The main enhancements
are CPS data with C-TAM benefits information and new
2011 PUF data. You can get the new puf.csv file from
the link provided by Anderson in his 2/13/2018 email.
Also, a better constraint on very high marginal tax rates
has been introduced in the Behavior.response method
resolving an issue that first became evident last November.
