No. And that probably doesn't help either if the message body itself is
still signed. You can only disable PM's automatic recognition of clear-
signed messages in PGPView.fff by removing the whole "X-PM-PGP" section
(or inserting semi-colons in front of the lines of this section) - which
prevents PM from setting the "Is encrypted" flag.
