[pls200] 4-digit code issues

ISSUE #1 --
I need the students with the following 4-digit codes to email me asap:
1008
1214
4219
ISSUE #2--
I have about 11 kids that remain on my roll, but do not have a 4-digit code.
You were supposed to make up a 4-digit number that I could use to post grades.
I can't give you your exam grades until I have a 4-digit number that you make
up and send to me. The number can't be the last digits of a UID or a Social
Security. Just make it up from scratch. And make sure you remember it when I
send out the grades.
