[pisa] Use midauth-pisa branch for weekly tests

Hi everyone,
please do not use HIPL trunk for the weekly test of your devices, but install
the following branch instead:
bzr co lp:~rene-hummen/hipl/midauth-pisa
It contains the all changes from trunk and the latest development regarding the
midauth functionality.
