[pisa] SVN servers and project wikis

Hi!
The SVN servers and project wikis of the ALPHA and PiSA project are
currently down. This is due to a HDD outage at the Informatik 4 SAN
server. Since the SAN server is the back-end for our project file
systems, we cannot offer SVN and wiki functionality right now. We hope
that this is a transient error and that everything will be back to
normal soon.
