I'm tossing a bunch of info into this email to help you
join the PAS Meeting tomorrow, and enjoy it. Thank you for reading the
whole email before attending. Everyone is welcome through Zoom!!!
Please follow these rules when joining the meeting....
* Please* Mute your device* from the beginning of the meeting until after
the Speaker has completed their total presentation including Q&A.
* Please also* turn off your camera* until the Guest Speaker has completed
their presentation. This way, the Guest Speaker has the floor for the full
time they are giving their presentation. When PAS hosts a meeting in
person, attendees know not to get in front of the Guest Speaker, or talk
over the Guest Speaker, or interrupt the presentation. I'd like to give our
Guest Speakers this same respect by not having anyone's image pop up in
front of the Guest Speaker while they are presenting.
* All *questions will go through the Zoom Chat* and the Guest Speaker will
field those questions as they feel necessary. Please maintain your Muted
device & leave your webcams off until the Guest Speaker is done.
