I've just discovered a bug in the phpa_cache_admin utility that causes the locking mechanism to become ineffective on the shm cache. It is therefore most important that you do not run this program, and you should restart your server if you have used it since the last restart. The phpaca interface also calls phpa_cache_admin, and so that should also not be used. A fixed version of phpa_cache_admin for Linux is available on the download page, and the fix is incorporated into the forthcoming release 1.3 Sorry for the inconvenience. nick ------------------------------------------------------------------------ www.php-accelerator.co.uk Home of the free PHP Accelerator To post, send email to phpa@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe, email phpa-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with subject unsubscribe
