[phpa] Error after Installing PHPA

Hello everybody,
I have just installed the PHPA Module in my apache 1.2.24 (with php
4.1.2).
Now I have in the error Logs the entry
'SERVER_NAME unset for request - unable to active PHPA'
What could this be? I have already made my keys, and saved them in the
file i have configured in php.ini...
Cound anybody help me?
