Well, there are people buying the application itself without having
seen it in action. Most likely if someone bought the app and then
wanted to use the online service, the purchase price would be applied
to the service price in some way.

Just delete anything that starts with x-

Actually though, I want to add some more examples, so what I may do is
move them out of the distribution and make them available separately
on the web site.
