I've wrapped a 4-step Phorm order form into mambo. While the first page looks 
alright, for some strange reasons the following pages are not shown atop but 
somewhere at the end of each page. 
I have almost searched all day this forum as well as the momboserver forum. It 
is obviously NOT a mambo issue but a Phorm one because when wrapping regular 
HTML pages, everything works out well. Any ideas?

Simply hit submit at the bottom of this page and you?ll see what drives me 
nuts ... the next page is shown somewhere in the middle of the page ... the 
following one at the bottom 

I tried 3 different browsers and simply getting desperate ;-)
