I cannot get the email templates to work. I have tried everything in the 
documentation. Here is what I am trying to do: 

$PHORM_TMPL[1] = "email.txt"; 

$PHORM_TO[1] = "ppmnj@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"; 

$PHORM_TMPL[2] = "email2.txt"; 

$PHORM_TO[2] = "mphillips@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"; 

email 1 is the results of the form. 

email 2 is notification to another email address. 

I get an: 

Internal Alerts: 
105 - Mail function failed on user email for template 
../x-ppmnj/templates/email.txt 

But it still sends email2 which doesn't have the form data in it. 

Any ideas?
