  MESSAGE: (#2001) SELECT fields

Dear Phorm,

First of all, I think PHORM is really great.

I just did my second implementation of PHORM, logging the data into a MYSQL
DB. This is the first time I've tried to use a CHECKBOX field allowing
multiple entries to the same variable fieldname. It seems that only one entry
is making it to the DB and to the response email. Is there something I can do
to get all of the multiple selections into the DB?

Thanks,

Bill
