Apart from the fact that you're using a non-standard PHORM_ variable, it looks 
OK. Variable names beginning with PHORM_ are reserved for use by Phorm. Why 
are you transferring it from $R1 anyway? Why not just do your test on that 
variable? 

Can you clarify what you're trying to do, and what happens when you do it?
