Well, putting config, log and template files in a password-protected folder is 
pointless - the files are read through the filesystem by Phorm itself. 
Password protection only pertains to files read through the web server. But 
you can have these files outside your web tree, if you're concerned about 
security (which is a good idea). See the File Locations section in the 
documentation.
