Are you talking about placing it in the error [u]template[/u]? If you're
actually talking about putting it in the rules file, which is what you've
described above, it doesn't belong there, as Patrick pointed out. If you're
talking about the error template, you're correct - there's a bug in Phorm such
that it won't find the message marker if it's the first thing in the file.
