OK, you are going to have to help me here, with something that should be
sooooo simple. I can parse the 'difficult' nickname I mentioned (that can only
start with '9th' and can only have letters and numbers in it). But I can't
parse a stright-forward set of digits!! What's going on???

I want to validate an ICQ number, which is typically a number between 10000
and 9999999999. Please tell me how to do this. I have spent about four (yes,
four) hours working on this one problem, trying a hundred variations of the
RANGE, REGEX and FLDLEN criteria, but nothing works! The form usually gets
sent if I put a-z characters in it, when it shouldn't be sent at all!! I've
read hundreds of pages about 'regular expressions', and I'm convinced that at
least one of the hundred combinations I tried should have worked!!

Please show me a rule that works! I'm tired and fed-up!
