Sure - the counter file is just a plain text file with the current value in 
it. You can create the file with whatever initial value you desire.

Sure you can - just use a different file in $PHORM_CNTFILE for each one, or 
give each form its own configuration/templates subdirectory (like the warbles 
example in the distro), and don't even bother with $PHORM_CNTFILE.

There may be a bug in the plugin, I'll check it out. But first, don't forget
