Hi there, 

There does not appear to be anything wrong in your e-mail template - I suspect 
that it is to do with your e-mail settings in the config file. As for the 
redirection page - you cannot use variable substitutions on it, as it is 
literally a redirect - and not part of Phorm. If you want to use 
substitutions, use an ack page. See the documentation for this.
