Nope... not the problem. Actually on my old 3.0.4 version... if left blank it 
shows up from the receiving address. 

On this form with the newest version, I require an e-mail address, but that 
doesn't matter. Everything that comes in comes from the "nobody" user. I also 
tried removing the rule requiring the e-mail. Still comes from nobody.
