Why not just use Phorm? Well I would love to, and to get the developers of the other program to do so. But their program is large with lots of modules, the architure of which I do not know completely, nor do I care to, as this would involve re-inventing of the wheel. Further, a rewrite of their program would involve copyright and other legaleese, I would rather avoid. All that I would want to do is to snatch the output variables of their *.cgi program, write to a temporary MySQL Table or DB, supplement the data with output from a phorm log file probably into another Table or DB, do a JOIN and put into the final DB. An alternate approach I had envisioned was to read the *.cgi output from the flatfile into hidden fields of the phorm file and then into the MySQL DB. The problem with the latter was that I was not too sure how best to get *phorm to read and pick up variables from an external flat file. Hope I did not miss it in the Guide, it did cover many grounds. Thanks *************************************************************************** This is an automatically-generated notice.
